Delivery fees

Delivery is a flat fee per emirate, added at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

In-stock items usually ship within the time shown on the product page. Made-to-order items show their production time. After you order, we contact you by WhatsApp or phone to agree a delivery date and time. Delivery includes carrying the item into your home and removing packaging.

Returns

You may return ready-made, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to arrange collection. Collection fees may apply unless the item is faulty.

Made-to-order and customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your item on delivery. If anything is damaged or faulty, message us within 48 hours with photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
