2. Furniture orders

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). [State whether prices include VAT.] An order is confirmed when payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Wall projects

Estimates sent on WhatsApp are indicative. Each wall project is confirmed with a written quotation after the site visit, which sets out the final design, price, payment schedule and timeline.

6. Natural materials

Wood and natural finishes vary in grain and colour. Samples and images are representative; small variations are not defects.

7. Intellectual property

Designs, images and text on this website belong to Parametric and may not be copied without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
