This policy explains how Parametric (“we”) collects and uses personal data when you use this website, message us or buy from our shop.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address and order details.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• WhatsApp: messages and photos you send us about your project.
• Website: a session cookie needed for the cart and checkout, and, if enabled, analytics cookies that measure visits.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, prepare designs and quotes, provide customer service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our website.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), hosting, delivery partners — and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Project messages are kept while relevant to your project.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal requirements, by contacting us at hello@parametric.ae.
