Solid timber
Oak, ash or walnut slats with real depth — best for wave walls and screens.
Solid timber slats show wood grain on every face, including the sides that create a wave. They can be sanded, oiled and repaired over time. We use kiln-dried timber and let it acclimatise before installation to reduce movement.

Finishes
Hard-wax oil, matt lacquer, fire-retardant treatment for commercial projects.
Care
Dust regularly and refresh oiled surfaces once a year. Small marks can be sanded and re-oiled locally, which is one of the main advantages of solid wood over veneer.
