What affects the cost of a parametric wall in the UAE?
Two walls of the same size can have very different prices. These six factors decide what a parametric wall costs — and where you can save.

“How much is a parametric wall?” is the first question most people ask. The honest answer is that it depends — but on a small number of clear factors. Understanding them helps you plan a budget and choose where to spend.
1. Wall size
Most walls are priced by area. A larger wall needs more material, more machine time and more installation time. Measure width and height before you message us; a photo with a tape measure is perfect.
2. Design complexity
A fluted wall with identical ribs is quicker to make than a wave wall where every rib has a unique profile, or a 3D relief with hundreds of facets. More unique parts means more machining, finishing and installation time.
3. Material
Lacquered MDF is usually the most economical; real wood veneer and solid timber cost more; GRG and acoustic systems have their own pricing. See our materials guide.
4. Finish
A natural oil finish is simpler than a multi-coat lacquer or a metallic finish. High-gloss and special colours take more time.
5. Extras
Hidden doors, storage, TV recesses, integrated LED lighting and logo cut-outs all add to the cost — and often make the wall far more useful.
6. Site conditions
Wall height, access (for example, a tower with lift booking), uneven walls that need levelling, and the location within the UAE all affect installation.
Where to save
- Choose a fluted design for large areas and keep the complex wave or relief for one focal wall.
- Use painted MDF instead of veneer where the wall is mostly seen from a distance.
- Plan lighting and storage together with the wall, rather than adding them later.
